if you are one of those streamyx users like me, you would have experienced a hell-slow p2p download speeds, be it bittorrent, emule, kazaa, limewire or ares. once before tmnet capped the p2p download rates, i used to download movies and softwares through bittorrent, but since then things have changed… rates dropped from 100+ kbps into 10 to 30 kbps… and it’s getting worse. since july, the bittorrent rates dropped to less than 10 kbps.. and it’s so rare i could get a speed of more than 5 kbps..
imagine once upon a time i downloaded a movie and expecting to watch it tomorrow night, now i will have to wait one or two full weeks just to download a piece of 700 mb file. that’s totally idiosyncratic, you get me?
i tried everything to bypass the tmnet speed throttling, be it port forwarding, tracker alternative finding or encryption mode- it just doesn’t work! anyway, thanks to recommendation of my friend, i managed to get to download files at more than 10 kbps.. and i think this is the only piece of software that can fool streamyx’s speed bottlenecking- that is; verycd emule build
it wasn’t in chinese, thanks a lot for that (yeah, i couldn’t mess with chinese softwares)- so just give it a try!
